By requesting a quote, booking a job, contacting us, or using novahauling.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Nova Hauling & Junk Removal is operated by Kogan Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Nova Hauling provides junk removal, hauling, dump trailer drop-off, cleanout, and related services across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in Florida. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary depending on location, accessibility, item type, disposal requirements, and workload availability.

All quotes provided through our website, phone, text message, or email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after inspection of the load and work conditions.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Undisclosed items or excessive volume
• Hazardous or restricted materials
• Difficult access conditions
• Excessive labor time
• Special disposal requirements

You may decline service before work begins at no charge.

We do not haul or dispose of hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, paint, fuel, biohazards, medical waste, explosives, ammunition, or other restricted materials prohibited by law or landfill regulations.

If prohibited items are present, we reserve the right to refuse the job entirely or remove only the approved materials.

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods made available during booking or invoicing. Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable collection efforts or additional costs permitted by law.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Because hauling and removal services involve labor, transportation, disposal fees, and scheduling costs, completed services are generally non-refundable once work has been performed.

If a customer believes there was an issue with the service provided, they must contact us within 48 hours of job completion so we may review and attempt to resolve the matter fairly.

Approved refunds or adjustments, if any, will be issued at our sole discretion.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no cost at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled arrival window.

Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled arrival window, missed appointments, or cancellations after our crew has been dispatched may be subject to a reasonable trip, fuel, or cancellation fee.

We carry business insurance and take reasonable care while working on your property.

Customers are responsible for identifying any items they do not want removed prior to the start of service. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property damage
• Hidden structural issues
• Damage resulting from overloaded or unsafe conditions
• Items unintentionally removed that were placed within designated junk or removal areas

Please ensure that no valuable or personal items are mixed into materials intended for removal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Hauling & Junk Removal and Kogan Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific job.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and text messages from Nova Hauling regarding quotes, scheduling, reminders, and job updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All content on novahauling.net, including logos, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Nova Hauling & Junk Removal unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
